Art Camp Day 4 – 2026

This morning the children learned about the life and ministry of Jesus, “the Light of the World.” They learned how to draw a flame—a “light in the darkness”—using mixed media, and they practiced shading by drawing clouds with colored pencils. They also used chalk pastels to capture the image of a sunrise or sunset.

The most unusual project today involved using buttons to recreate the constellations of stars. (“He determines the number of the stars; he gives to all of them their names.”—Ps. 147:4) Most of all, today we talked about forgiveness and how we can be forgiven; we were all encouraged to trust in Jesus.

Today was another great day of Art Camp; it’s hard to believe we only have one day left! We’re getting very excited about Art Camp Sunday, and we hope that everyone will join us!
