Welcome to Art Camp 2020!

To kick off New Hope Presbyterian Church’s Art Camp 2020, each student received a “love box” of art supplies and other little goodies to use during Art Camp. We called it a love box because we love our students! Inside there are three project bags with dates on them. We’ll be uploading videos to our Art Camp page with instructions about what to do with those as we go along.

Painted Rocks

There are also rocks in these boxes. We want you to paint those. Make them beautiful however you want to paint them. If your family is willing to share one with our new rock garden at New Hope, you can stop by the church and place your painted rock in the new rock garden to the left of the doors from the parking lot by the little fountain we also added to the garden. You’ll see some painted rocks already there and can add yours.

We encourage you to read through the “Story Within the Story” and welcome your questions and thoughts with us in an email or call or text. There’s also a schedule to follow so you know when the Zoom readings will be live.

Extras

We hope you enjoy exploring all the other extra goodies we put in the love boxes. They are a variety art supplies from prior Art Camps that we wanted to share with you, just because. Each box will have different extras for fun.

As we go through Art Camp, we would LOVE to receive emailed pictures and ideas from you. We are planning to create a slideshow to share with everyone at the end of Art Camp. We will feature the pictures of your drawings, coloring books, and art projects that you send to us!
