Art Camp 2021 Update Day 2
What a fun day! This morning the kids learned about abstract art: first, they decorated a ceramic tile, and then it was sprayed with alcohol; after the alcohol was removed, what remained was a swirled, abstract design! We also talked about God’s mercy as we worked on our memory verses (Titus 3:4-7), and during our games the children were encouraged to think about ways they could show kindness to their family members. (The games were crazy fun, and it’s wonderful to see how well all the kids are getting along). Finally, the children enjoyed singing Micah 6:8:“He has told you, O man, what is good; and what does the Lord require of you but to do justice, and to love kindness, and to walk humbly with your God?” Please join us in thanking God for another wonderful day of camp, and please pray that the Lord will continue to bless our week.
