Art Camp Day 1 Photos!

Please join us in thanking God for a wonderful first day of Art Camp!  We had 70 kids, all of whom were well-behaved and seemed to jump right in to their projects. In keeping with our theme, “Fearfully and Wonderfully Made”, we learned the first 6 verses of Psalm 139, along with the first 2 verses of “Take My Life and Let It Be,” while we reflected on what it means to be a unique individual made in the image of God.  The children also did thumbprint art, drew self-portraits, and set up mix media art journals with a title page and washi tape edging.  Also, the rain held off (mostly), which meant the kids were able to participate in Brendan’s very special Home Run Derby!
