Today the older kids made kites, and the younger kids made wind socks; in the process they learned how to make all kinds of designs using only their thumbprint! Meanwhile we talked about how the Lord cares for all of His creation, even the animals of the forests. The kids also had a great time playing dodge ball out in the grove and enjoyed some fun snacks on the patio. The memory verse for today was an easy one, and very fitting for the week: “I will sing to the Lord as long as I live; I will sing praise to God while I have being.”
