The Boardwalk Chapel (BWC) staff recently visited New Hope.
Westminster Seminary student, Chris Byrd, along with several other members of the 2015 summer Boardwalk Chapel (BWC) staff ministered to the New Hope Church congregation on Sunday, June 28. Mr. Byrd presented God’s Word at the morning and evening services. During the Sunday School hour he presented a slide presentation about the BWC ministry. The staff provided two vocal/ instrumental music numbers and a drama presentation as examples of their ministry during the nightly services on the Wildwood boardwalk.
The BWC has been a summer evangelistic ministry of the OPC Presbytery of NJ continuously at the current location since 1945. It is not only an evangelistic outreach to the vacationers/workers of Wildwood but a rich and unique spiritual experience for pastors, future pastors/church leaders and Christian young men and women. The nightly services begin at 8:30 p.m. at 4312 Boardwalk, Wildwood, NJ 08260. See boardwalkchapel.org and facebook.
The skit was great! The BWC has talented young people serving the Lord. It’s worth a drive to Wildwood to see the whole program they do nightly.
