Have you ever thought about how difficult it is to be a dad?
We expect our fathers to provide for us, protect us, care for us, teach us, love us, and lead us–to be brave, strong, wise, compassionate, caring, and fun. Dads are a gift from God, intended to model for us the loving care of our Heavenly Father. It’s not easy being a dad! Let your father know this morning that you love him and appreciate him.
For this reason I bow my knees before the Father, from Whom every family in heaven and on earth is named…(Ephesians 3:14,15 ESV)
